After this, the Everchanger begins roaming the floor, similar to the Escape the Everchanger challenge.

The Everchanger is invulnerable and does no contact damage, but will attack Isaac once per room with a homing area effect that impacts all entities inside.

The attack causes the following effects:
• Damages all entities, including Isaac.
• Rerolls collectibles:
---- 50% chance to reroll into another item.
---- 30% chance to reroll into a glitch item (glitch items cannot be rerolled again).
---- 20% chance to transform the item into a Glitch Gaper.
• Rerolls trinkets:
---- 50% chance to reroll into another trinket.
---- 50% chance to transform into a Glitch Gaper.

Additionally, enemies with more than 10 max HP that come into contact with the Everchanger are rerolled into different enemies.
